I found this picture at Heavenly Blooms. They are the brides shoes from a wedding they did. I LOVE THEM. The best part about them is even though I'm sure they were incredibly expensive. They would be SO easy to make. Grab a nice pair of plain white heels, and hot glue some silk roses to the back.(which im sure you could find at the dollar store fyi).
